The long distance adoptions project is active in Nepal and Tibet/China. Through this project it is possible to help from a distance a child, an elderly, sick or disabled person, or a Buddhist monk, of any age, living and studying in a monastery. Funds that are collected are also used in the realisation of basic infrastructures – schools, clinics and aqueducts – in the communities in which the adopted people live.
